According to the public prosecutor's office, as reported by AFP, the female student gave a police officer “three punches” (translated) during the blockade. Severity: that of the act described (three punches, according to the public prosecutor's office), no source read describing an injury to the police officer. The Nanterre court has postponed the case to 2 December; no judgment has been delivered. According to her father and friends, she was trying to step between another female student and police officers; her teachers say she “did nothing reprehensible” (translated).

On Tuesday 29 September 2026, outside Auguste-Renoir lycée in Asnières-sur-Seine, a female student is arrested during the blockade of the school. She appeared on Wednesday 30 in an immediate-appearance hearing before the Nanterre court, which postponed the case to 2 December and left her free, without judicial supervision.

According to AFP, the justice system accuses her of insulting a police officer and giving him “three punches” during a demonstration that the teachers describe as “peaceful” (translated). Her lawyer denounces prosecutions with a “somewhat political dimension” (translated); she tells AFP: “I had no business being there” (translated). The teachers are calling for the prosecution to be dropped. The insults she is accused of are not a violent act retained here.

This accusation is that of the prosecution, reported by a single agency; 20 Minutes repeats it, citing AFP. It concerns the same scene as the choking of the female student by a police officer: see the linked entry.
